Laura Wood Discusses Immunotherapy Education Opportunities

Video

Laura Wood explains the education opportunities available to nurses in the field of immunotherapy.

Laura Wood, RN, MSN, OCN, Cleveland Clinic discusses the opportunities available to nurses with membership in the Society for Immunotherapy of Cancer (SITC).

Staying aware of immunotherapy advances is important for oncology nurses, and SITC offers access to materials that make that possible. There are resources for nurses to keep themselves educated, but also for patient education. Additionally, a SITC membership gives web access to the presentations at SITC meetings for those who are unable to attend.
