When dealing with cancer, a lot of difficult emotions and stress can come up. These can effect the healthcare providers as much as the patients in some cases. However, providers often do not have many resources to help. An intervention using cyber-meditation gives providers a strategy to release stress and reduce compassion fatigue and, therefore, burn-out.
