Joanne McGovern on Encouraging Nurses to Lead Research Projects

Video

Joanne McGovern, MSN, RN, CCRN, offers some tips on how to encourage nurses to create and implement their own research projects.

Joanne McGovern, MSN, RN, CCRN, Chief Nursing Officer at Cancer Treatment Centers of America at Eastern Regional Medical Centers, discusses how to encourage nurses to get involved with research.

Assigning a mentor within the nursing staff who has research experience also can help nurses as they move through the steps of the research project.
