Nurses and Practitioners Inspire Male Breast Cancer Survivor

Not many people knew about male breast cancer when Sam Rivera was diagnosed, but he took the information from his nurses to spread awareness about the disease.

After being diagnosed with male breast cancer, Sam Rivera, a member of the Male Breast Cancer Coalition, said that his oncology nurses and healthcare team not only educated him about his disease, but also inspired him to get the word out about male breast cancer.
