DONNA CLARK, RN
Friday, June 03, 2016

Donna Clark, RN, Mitchell Cancer Institute, discusses the difference that a caring oncology nurse can make for patients.

While all the certifications and medical knowledge is important, Clark says that it is the personal relationships that nurses have with their patients that have an enormous impact. By simply by saying “I care about you” to patients, nurses can make their patients feel much more comfortable.

Talk about this article with nurses and others in the oncology community in the General Discussions Oncology Nursing News discussion group.
